A quick guide to Wynwood, Miami’s Art District 2019

The most exciting thing about Miami is that the city never sleeps - It all depends on your mood but Miami offers little bit of everything. In this post I want to tell you about my favorite place called Wynwood walls. If you are an aspiring artist, blogger, or just visitng this is a perfect article for you so keep reading.

It’s no brainer that Miami is known for its sunny beaches, exotic views and exquisite nightlife.  However, this part of Miami has been getting a lot of attention with its cutting-edge art pieces, niche boutiques, tasty food and off the chain bars. Wynwood is very much alive.

Little bit about Wynwood

Wynwood is surrounded by rundown textile and manufacturing areas. You are in the middle of the warehouse district which sounds not very artsy. Therefore, local artists took it upon themselves to improve the area by displaying their art and expressing their views. This neighborhood in Little Havana keeps growing with its electric vibe.

Here are some of my favorite pieces:)

Every step you take you come across artists trying to create and showcase their pieces. The colorful walls give you a positive and happy vibe. I love visiting Wynwood because I love grabbing craft beers, trying new food or shopping because I never have anything to wear so i need more things. Wynwood offers everything all in one. Great deal right?! 🙂

A Fun Place to Eat:

There are so many amazing places to try in Wynwood it pains me that my stomach can't take all the food that I want to eat. There are so many exceptional chefs making a lot of customers tummies happy with their distinctive ways of letting us try high-end cuisine and this place is just that.

If you are a sushi lover, there are so many places to go but this one is my favorite, hands-down. "Crudos Fusion Art" has a very fun and a hip vibe to it. It's an Asian Fusion cuisine and if you are a sushi lover, this is a perfect spot for you.

How To Get There

It is super close to Wynwood walls so the walk is about 5 minutes.

End Note:

Wynwood Walls is a place where you can let the day go by while you eat, shop and get inspired along the way. I can't tell you how many cool people I've met in Wynwood just by hanging out being in my own world. Sometimes I want to pick up a brush and start painting and getting MY message across. It's truly amazing how colors can make anyone see positive and happiness. Go see - enjoy and eat!
