One of my favorite thing about today's workout gear for women is that you don't have to worry about the sweat stains or smells. After the hard workout at the gym I like to grab a healthy smoothy on the way home so that I am not starving while I cook the post workout meal. Even after a heavy yoga session or a long workout days, I never worry about sweating and smelling because of the fabrics they use to prevent those issues.

I started running in middle school with my friends because there was nothing else to do and back then track and field was popular so everyone was involved. My love started after my first practice because I really enjoyed how it made me feel. So I continued running throughout my HS years and enjoyed every moment of it.
One thing that was very important to me was my attire. Since we were going for 5-6 mile runs on a daily basis, I made sure I wore a comfortable bra, shorts and shoes.
